Culture Shifters is HuffPost’s annual series that profiles tastemakers who are changing the world through their activism and artistry. For the second-annual installment – which was produced and photographed during the Covid-19 lockdown – my photographic goal was to avoid producing an overtly lighthearted series, given the gravity of the global circumstances. Instead, we focused on introspection and finding quiet moments.
