A little about me

Currently, I'm the Head of Visuals at HuffPost, where I lead a multidisciplinary team of photo editors, designers, and art directors/illustrators. I oversee commissioned and in-house photography and visual content, collaborating across the newsroom to elevate HuffPost’s visual journalism and improve internal storytelling tools.

With over 20 years of experience in photography and media, I’ve worked across diverse industries including book publishing, television, fashion, and editorial. In 2017, I spearheaded the launch of commissioned photography at HuffPost, marking a significant milestone for the online-only news outlet.

I have collaborated with organizations such as Magnum, Women Photograph,
the LA Center of Photography, Photolucida, Center Santa Fe and many more. In 2023, I served as one of five jurors for the 2023 Women Photograph Project Grant, which annually awards funding to five female, trans, and non-binary photographers to develop a body of work.

In my spare time, I enjoy martial arts, Thai cooking, baking, travel, photography and spending time with my family. I’m currently located in the scenic Hudson Valley, NY.
